All of our clothing is hand crafted and made to order. Please allow 7 business days to be completed, packaged and shipped.



Our current turn around time - the from the time you place your order to the time we send it off with the postie - is currently up to SEVEN WORKING DAYS. This is due to staff numbers and demand. We will always try our best to get your orders out on time, if not sooner. If you are needing your goodies for a special occasion please contact us at or put a note in your order and we will see what we can do. 


Please note, that all delivery times are indicative. These are a guide only and are subject to the postal service in NZ . These shipping times are estimated by New Zealand Post. Wilding Threads takes no responsibility for shipping exceeding these times. 



If your order has PRE-ORDER items included in it then the whole package will be sent after the time-frame given on the product description - i.e If you have ordered a tee and Pre-Ordered a bonnet, both the tee and the bonnet will be sent out together once the Bonnets arrive in stock. 



Wilding Threads use New Zealand Post to ship all national orders. You will receive a notification once your package is with our courier along with a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and the current Covid-19 situation. Generally speaking, you can expect your parcel to take 2-3 working days to arrive, but Wilding Threads cannot guarantee delivery dates and times. When ordering for a specific date or event please keep this in mind and plan accordingly. 

OUR COURIER DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES, we're sorry for the inconvenience.  


We are currently not shipping internationally. This is due to the rising cost of international postage, and also the situation surrounding Covid-19 and postal service interruptions

We offer full refunds or store credit (minus shipping costs) on any full priced items returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Return postage is at your own cost unless there is a fault with the clothing item, in which case we will send you a courier bag to return the item for replacement.

If your product is faulty - the fault needs to be brought to our attention within 30 days of receipt of purchase. After this time frame we are unable to refund your purchase.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds for any sale item purchased

All returned merchandise must be in their original packaging unworn, altered or washed and all tags attached. Use secure packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged during transit.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Wilding & Co. Organic Threads reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Gift vouchers and promotional codes cannot be applied to exchanges

If a return is processed and a refund is due, all received monies will be refunded using the method received. We will not refund until the item(s) has been returned to us and is in the state mentioned above.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) is returned not in the condition it was sent.


If you need to exchange sizes - No problems!  Simply return your item(s) to us in brand new condition and we will exchange your items for the correct sizing. 


Return shipping of the original items are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend that you track this parcel as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.  We will ship the replacements free of charge.

ALL GARMENTS TO BE EXCHANGED MUST BE SENT BACK IN BRAND NEW CONDITION - we cannot exchange worn or washed garments. Please try on your garments before washing them to ensure you are eligible to exchange them if they're not the right fit for your child.

We cannot do size exchanges for any sale items purchased. If you are unsure of what size to purchase, please email us and we can help you choose the right fit.


It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the goods and contact us within seven days to notify us of any faults.


Wilding Threads cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

If you have placed your order with an incorrect address, please email us at immediately and we will alter it for you.
