What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollar.
If I pre-order, when will my shipment be here?
You can refer to the shipment date that is linked to the product you are pre-ordering!
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! We also offer free worldwide shipping on all purchases over $250NZD
Can I do a local pickup?
Please email us to discuss local pick up email@example.com. We will refund any postage you may have been charged of course!
From time to time we will open up pre orders for popular or specilty items. You will be able to purchase and pay for these items at checkout as per normal and you will recieve them in the post once they become availble in stock.
If your order has PRE-ORDER items included in it then the whole package will be sent after the time-frame given on the product description - i.e If you have ordered a tee and Pre-Ordered a bonnet, both the tee and the bonnet will be sent out together once the bonnet arrives in stock.
What happens if my package is lost?
We realise that, unfortunaltly, from time to time this does happen. Please contact us straight away and we will endevour to a) find your goodies or b) refund you or give you store credit to the value of your purchase minus postage.
